The origin of Vedic Astrology can be traced to the classic Vedas, the first scriptures on planet Earth. The ancient seers and sages(Rishis) of Indian Subcontinent developed Vedic Astrology, thousands of years ago.
Vedic Astrology is a pious knowledge and is believed to be the word of God passed on to the wise people in the past. Nakshatras, Dasha System, and Divisional Charts in Vedic Astrology provide a much deeper insight.
Vedic Astrologers assess not only the natal chart but
also the dashas, the periods of different planets transiting through various signs, and their influence in real-time.
The planetary positions affect the mind and the body of the individual, influencing his thinking, reasoning, decision making and action with resultant consequences defining destiny.
The Vedic astrology most often consists of a system of horoscopes, that claims to explain aspects of a individuals personality and predict future events in their life based on the positions of the sun, moon, and other celestial objects at the time of their birth.
In case of unavailability of the birth details, the predictions can be made, based on the planetary positions at the time of the seeker, putting the question or when the astrologer understands the problem. This chart is known as the Horary chart or the Question/Prashhn` chart. The predictions made as per this chart- Horary chart is near accurate in comparison to the birth chart.
