The Art Of Focusing Mind

The Art of Focussing The Thoughts (mental power) , A key to Success in all spheres of Life.

An Average human being is unable to use more then 20% of his brain or we can say mind. And that too in a very scattered manner. The big question is how we can say that our focus remain scattered?

Just analyze yourself, your thoughts, your focus and concentration. We are never present physically and mentally at one place. A student who is sitting in a class is often thinking about the playground, a girl working in office is more worried about her relationships then the task on the sleeves. The household women are engaged in future analysis, baseless planning or in the domestic kitchen politics as well as neighborhood affairs.

And men their attention is hard to describe. They are often found to follow an illusive meal, vice like alcohol, tobacco, gambling, stocks, and beautiful lady passing by. In addition to this the creativity of man reflects more in hiding their sins. All at the same time the focus dedicated towards all this is more then their occupation like work or study. And then we criticize or blame planets, luck and circumstances for failure. Instead in our ideal time we must think on our goals, we must think of finding a peaceful or desired solution to the problems or issues we are facing in day to day life. Just give your mind such suggestions when you are walking in your garden, when you are brushing your teeth, laundering your clothes, washing car, traveling to work in short whenever your mind is ideal you should use that opportunity in creating a good life for yourself.

We need to focus ourselves to the things we desire and should move from the things we don’t desire. Suppose you get an interview call for a dream job after 10 days. What will be your mental state? You will be excited, happy and worried. Worried because your mind is clouded by the doubts and possibilities you keep on wondering things like.

How many candidates will be there for the interview and how good I will be from them? Will I be able to stand a chance against them or not?

What if someone more qualified or experienced is there for interview?

Who will conduct the interview? The person who will have a favorable approach for my profile or not?

What kind of questions he will ask? What if he asks me the questions from the topics I don’t have a grip.

Most of the people will remain engaged in these kinds of thoughts for the whole ten days and instead of thinking favorable possibilities. When the interview day will come you might not go for it as you will be so much depressed and negative with your own thoughts you have lost the interview before it started.

Now what is happening is that we have let our mind run wild, We have created 100 expectations, possibilities and negative possibilities have a higher wavelength or frequency as compared to the positive ones, we are trying to light 100 bulbs withdrawing 100 Watt electricity each from a single source of 100 watts only resulting not a single bulb is able to emit light properly and the one which is closest to source will get more energy and the one farthest will get the least. You will be in much trouble if the first bulb or possibility is the worst you are expecting. Instead try thinking step by step positively and focus only on what you desire.

So you get a job interview then star thinking like I will reach the venue on time, with all needed documents in place without any obstacles.

I am the best candidate for the job in terms of education and experience.

The person taking interview is very much impressed with me and has started thinking about hiring me.

The final interview result comes out and I am hired on my own terms and conditions.

Run these thoughts again and again n your mind. Play them while watching TV, Before falling asleep, while eating food focus your mind on the favorable result and you will get it in real life.

For example a boy passionate about smoking is prohibited by his parents. While studying he thinks of a plan to go out of the home, He falls for the charm of tobacco. And with an alibi he goes out to the shop buys a cigarette and smokes it. At this time he is thinking that he may not be caught, on returning to home also he is worried about the smell of the tobacco and is wondering will he be caught or he can escape.

This ordeal is of about 2 to 3 hours, in this entire duration his mind, and thoughts were focused on only one thing and that was smoking without spreading news. If this much of thoughts and energy would have been focused on a single goal like expecting only those questions in the exam or interview that he has practiced best. Then by the law of attraction he would have definitely got only those questions or problems he is good in.
